Paia Fish Market is a Maui institution. Every item on their menu is tasty and fulfilling, but there are two sides that steal the show. Please do not leave without trying their french fries and coleslaw, no matter what. This Maui eatery is casual, cool, and satisfying. They always have some great tunes, and the vibe is chill and welcoming. The dining area is super laid back with picnic table-style seating, and the prices are reasonable. This is an excellent place to bring the whole family. Whether you come to a Paia Fish Market for lunch or dinner, the menu will be the same. Although there are many great choices, their most popular items are their Fish Burgers, but you can get a chicken burger instead if you’re not a fan of fish. The burgers here are served with their fantastic coleslaw, tomato, jack cheese, and house-made tartar sauce. They don’t come with fries, so add on a side for just a couple of bucks. Pasta, Quesadillas, Fajitas, Fish & Chips, and Shrimp & Chips are also smart choices at Paia Fish Market. In fact, if you love a good Caesar Salad, they have a great one here. For Fresh Catch Plates, guests will first choose a type of fish and then the preparation style. Fresh Catch Plates come with their yummy coleslaw, tartar sauce, and a choice of Cajun rice or French fries. Nalu’s South Shore Grill isn’t just a cool restaurant with an amazing menu and staff. They also pay incredible attention to detail and this is shown in their menu offerings. The amazing surprises to be had, paired with their approach to customer satisfaction is really what makes a restaurant like this stand out from the rest. While you’re at Nalu’s, make sure to try out some of their most popular menu items like their Apple Brie Burger with homemade chips or the Fried Chicken and Waffles. The dressing on their Insalata Cesare is out of this world and truly makes it the perfect Caesar. The Fritto Misto is an impressive offering of beautiful fried calamari, crusted fried shrimp, a spicy tomato jam, arugula, and Meyer lemon aioli. We also loved sharing the Taverna Polpette, a dish of hand-rolled beef and bacon meatballs with tomato sauce and grilled ciabatta. Plate portions are pretty much spot on here. There’s not too much and not too little, allowing you to continue on to the main dishes. We highly suggest trying the Linguine con Vongole, Gnocchi alla Norcina or the Costola Breve di Manzo, a slow Chianti-braised beef short rib.

The wine list here is impressive as well with beautiful varietals from California Central Coast areas, like Paso Robles, Santa Barbara, etc. There are also various Italian regionals and much more. If you love a rich Barbera Asti, crisp Chardonnay or satiating Moscato with your Italian cuisine, they have got you covered.

The co*cktail list at Taverna isn’t just award-winning but it features a true selection of mixology masterpieces. Try one of their Aperol Spritz and Negroni options, and taste the Burning Man-Hattan made with Bulleit Rye, Carpano Antica, and house-made bitters. Other winning libations include their delicious Mai Tai or their seasonal co*cktails. You can not go wrong with any choice here!

This is such a fun, casual, and social Maui restaurant. It’s a wonderful spot for a lunch date for two, happy hour, or a family meal. Without a doubt, you will fall in love with this Maui eatery!

The Neapolitan pizza is served hot in just minutes with a perfectly charred crust and a slightly soft middle. This crust tastes amazing and is just so flavorful and airy. The pizzas are hand-stretched and cooked at 900 degrees in their kiawe wood-burning oven from Italy. Guests will enjoy watching their pizza be made in the open kitchen while they dine indoors. There is also a small outdoor seating area on the lanai. Guests are welcome to order a to-go pizza and wander on over to Mahalo Aleworks to enjoy it with a locally brewed beer.

The must-try at Marlow is the Prosciutto Pizza. It’s a white pie with thin-sliced salty prosciutto, fresh mozzarella, lemon, olive oil, and it’s topped after baking with locally grown lapa’au arugula. The Potato Pizza, with basil pesto, mozzarella, and Parmigiano is so delicious that it will blow your mind! Meatball lovers, make sure to order the Meatball en Sugo. This dish has two jumbo-sized meatballs made from both beef and pork. They are juicy and airy with a perfectly balanced savory tomato sauce, and served with a slice of chewy, fire-roasted sourdough bread.

All of the salads are made from fresh local ingredients. The Little Gem Salad is a mouth-watering combo of Kupa’a farms tender gem lettuce and crisp radish, tossed in a buttermilk herb dressing and topped with house-made croutons. One thing is for sure, Marlow’s is not your typical pizza joint. It’s the breath of fresh air that Maui’s upcountry needed. Because Marlow is Maui’s newest top pizza restaurant and they do not take reservations, guests will want to arrive early to add their names to the wait list.

Koiso Sushi Bar is an exceptional choice for sushi on Maui and is nothing less than charming. Ka’ana Kitchen is set at the stunning and gorgeous Andaz Resort in Wailea. Everything that Andaz has to offer is clean, minimal, and high in quality to ensure a luxurious vacation in paradise. Ka’ana Kitchen is Andaz Maui’s signature family-style restaurant. This Maui restaurant is pure perfection with its own blend of old world flavors and modern culinary innovation. They are open daily for breakfast and dinner. For breakfast, guests will surely enjoy waking up to freshly brewed Maui coffee and some Maui Mimosas. They also boast more traditional breakfast items with a Hawaiian twist, like Bacon & Eggs with Paniolo Potatoes or the Kalua Pork Eggs Benedict.
